We have a helpful tip for you: Add a pressure washer surface cleaner to your accessories collection. Pressure washer surface cleaners are a convenient way to clean your deck, driveway, or garage floor without making a mess. 

Pressure washing requires a pump capable of producing high pressure with low flow compared to other common pumping applications (sump pumps require high flow at low pressure). The pump also needs to be light, compact and economical. All pressure washer pumps are in the reciprocating group and use pistons or plungers to add energy to the water.

Choose the wrong nozzle and you could:

• Punch through the mortar of your brick driveway requiring costly repairs.

Choose the right nozzle and it almost doesn’t matter the PSI and GPM of your pressure washer – you’ll get the clean you desire – because the nozzle is what creates the pressure in pressure washer. 

You can buy just a spray gun or a full kit. Commercial power washer guns are more powerful, but they can be more expensive. These may come with accessories like connection adaptors, wands in different lengths, nozzles and thread adaptors. A selection of wands can be very helpful when you need to get into smaller or hard-to-reach spaces.

Your pressure washer hose is constantly under attack: It’s being dragged, dropped, twisted, tugged and thrown so that you can easily pressure clean where you need to. The result of this abuse is inevitable. At some stage you WILL need to replace your hose.
